Aspravos began as one family house above the cove. It is now six villas, a boat and a clay oven, run by the same family.

01 — Our story

A sea captain built the first house here in 1924 from stone carried up from the cove. In 2017 we rebuilt it wall by wall and added five smaller houses down the slope, each with its own pool. We still live in the village above, and we still swim here every morning.

03 — How we look after you

The price isthe whole price.

No cleaning fee, no booking fee, no surprise at the end. The only extra is the Greek climate fee, paid on arrival.

Port pick-up
By boat or car, whatever time your ferry lands.
Linen and towels
Cotton sheets, bath and beach towels, changed mid-week.
A mid-week clean
More often if you ask. Stays over ten nights get two.
A welcome basket
Bread, eggs, island cheese, tomatoes, wine and coffee.
Fibre Wi-Fi
Around 200 Mbps, with a router in every villa.
Air conditioning
In every bedroom, plus ceiling fans in the living room.
Cots and high chairs
Free, and waiting in the villa when you arrive.
A host on the island
Katerina answers on WhatsApp from 8 till late.
House rules

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. If the next guests allow, we'll let you stay later for free; otherwise we keep your bags and a shower for you.

30% to confirm, the rest eight weeks before you arrive. We hold a €500 damage deposit on your card and release it three days after you leave.

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% up to 30 days. Inside 30 days we refund whatever we manage to re-let.

Children of any age are welcome; the pools have no fence, so small ones need an adult. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in Lemoni and Pevkos.

The cove carries sound, so we ask for quiet on the terraces after midnight. There are no parties or events.

Island water is precious: showers are fine, but please don't leave taps running. Solar panels cover most of the villas' power.
