The story
Thymari sits at the top of the path, forty metres above the water, with wild thyme growing between the stones of the terrace.
The roof is the best place on the property to watch the sun go down: two daybeds, a low wall to rest a glass on, and the whole west coast below you.
It takes 91 steps to reach the sea from here. Guests tell us that is exactly the right amount before breakfast.
